Lydia Hoheisel Falkenstern

Lydia was gently called home, with her family at her side. She was born in Ebenfeld, Ukraine, and immigrated to Canada in 1953.  She was predeceased by husband Karl, brothers Hilmar and Robert, and is survived by her daughter Brigitte (Randy), son Roland and beloved grandsons Brendan, Adam, Garett, Jake, Sean, Travis.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2815 Cedar Hill Road with a Viewing from 12:00 to 12:30 pm.  A reception will follow.  Heartfelt thanks to the superb staff of 3 North Jubilee Hospital.
