A husband, a parent, a grandparent and an honoured veteran, Jim was proud of his family and his 36 year career in the Canadian Army retiring as a Sergeant-Major (MWO) having served two distinguished regiments, The Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada and the Princess Patricia Canadian Light Infantry. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife Angeline of 56 years, son Michael and grandchildren Devon and Lauren. Jim will be remembered for his wry yet often caustic sense of humour, his fair and honest treatment of all the soldiers he dealt with and the pride of his family. | |
