Cam, your non stop ‘jokes for every occasion’ will be sorely missed. Don’t know where you got them all or how you remembered them, but they were a bottomless source of laughter, Highly competitive, I’ve never seen anyone so adept at causing an opponents ‘implosion’ from well timed/placed wit. The consummate host, your skill at introducing guests by generating a chuckle was masterful. Your love for sport was infectious, and we will not forget how you seemed to glow on the golf course. I’ll miss our long talks about everything and nothing, all at the same time. You were a great friend and I’ll always remember the good times, and lessons you taught me along the way. Thank you for everything Cam, you were one of a kind. Love you mate.
