| Douglas Clyde MORAES was born in New Westminster, BC on June 23, 1955 and passed away suddenly on January 1, 2014 at his home in Victoria, BC.Douglas is survived by his only daughter, Chelsea Moraes of Vancouver and his twin sister Donna Gagon of Leduc, Alberta.
Douglas was a proud Union member of the Ironworkers Local 97 and had worked as an Ironworker for over 30 years. Douglas had worked all over Canada but had a great love for the West Coast of British Columbia. He especially loved fishing on his boat in Victoria. Douglas had also enjoyed travelling in recent years and visited New Zealand. Douglas ‘ Collected ‘ many friends along the way and will be missed by many.
