Dear Shirley I was saddened and shocked to hear of Brian's passing. He and Frank were best friends in dental school and had a wild and crazy trip to Europe after graduation!!! I have heard stories for years. We always had such fun with him reminiscing about the past. My experience with Brian was knowing a warm and loving man who gave the best hugs ever. His genuine kind nature will always stay with me. Brian was very supportive when Frank was ill and I feel badly I could not have given him support during his struggles. I am so sorry to not be there tomorrow but ,he will always have a special place in my heart. Please accept my sincere condolences and all my best to you , Chris, Patrick and families. With sympathy Frannie

I only knew Brian for a couple of years but what a previlidge! We had turkey dinner at his place a few years back and he gave me the honour of carving the turkey, funny how the little things stick with you. He was that type of guy, loved him a lot!

Shirley, my lovely and fun golfing companion. I am so sorry to hear about Brian. He was a lovely man. Jack knew him way back in Edmonton as they played handball together. I have lost Jack too. Will be in Pender in November so I hope to see you then and give you a big hug. Love Gayle

Brian was our excellent dentist for many years in Edmonton. Fortunately, we met up again in Victoria. He was always interested in our careers and our family and will be remembered as a warm and caring person, not to mention his signature bear hug.
