Glenn and my late husband John Horne were coaches of girls softball during the very early years of Oak Bay Rec. We followed Glenn to his new site just north of Mayfair when Texaco closed. After he moved "out west" we rarely saw him except at Colin Campbell's butcher shop when we both happened to be there at the same time.
