So sorry to hear about Hal. Condolences to Judy and family. Spent a lot of years at the old post office with Hal...lots of laughs and good memories. Had some memorable rounds on the golf course also. What I will remember most is our 'almost made it' trip on the Swain to Friday Harbour. Fair Winds and Following Seas Cap't Hally.

I worked with Hal for the Municipality of Saanich and we had a blast and many laughs together often being on the same crew. He was a great guy and an inspiration to me and the others. Condolences to his beloved Judy and the family. Mike Gains

The world just got a bit smaller. Met Hal at Canada Post and became buddies. We would often get together and I would often help him out with computer stuff. I remember a lot of smiles and warmth; a lot of laughs. He was a bright light in my life - a light I will continue to cherish. So long Captain Hally, from "the doctor." Love and condolences to Judy and all Hal's friends and family...

So sorry to hear of your loss. Hal was a part of our family when I was growing up. He was a good friend of my Mom and Dad Brian and Marilyn Mckenna Mom became friends with Judy while working with Mom. I remember Hal's faithful drop in visits and lots of laughs whenever they came for dinner. Sending our condolences, Ian and Rhonda Robinson
