We were fortunate to have shared Hazel’s 97 years. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Bill was privileged to have enjoyed 77 (and a half) years of marriage with his strong determined and stoic wife.
Hazel participated in indoor and outdoor activities, such as square dancing, walking, Qigong, quilting, knitting and book club. She enjoyed being a member of the Anglican church, the Peninsula New Comers, and Sidney Lawn Bowling clubs which allowed her to be surrounded by her many new and lifelong friends.
Hazel will be dearly missed by the many people who loved her, especially Bill, their children: Lesley-Ann, Stephen (Jean), Andrew, Sandra (Steven) and Sharon (Douglas), grandchildren: James, Charlie, Esther, Emma, Kate, Sarah and Rachael, and 4 great grandchildren.
