PATZACK, Lorne Joseph June 18, 1940 (Rabbit Lake, SK) March 24, 2014 (Victoria, BC) Joe is survived and will be dearly missed by his wife Mickie of 38 years, son Brent (Cindy); siblings Delia (Ed) Coleman, Carman (Dianne); along with family and friends. Having worked with the Greater Victoria Water District for 38 years Joe leaves all those who ever knew him with many fond memories of his quick wit and his gregarious and fun loving generous nature. No funeral at his request.
