BERARD, Louis Maxim It is with great sadness that we announce that Louis Maxim Berard passed away on February 25, 2014 after a long battle with C.O.P.D. Louis is survived by loving wife, Agnes (Cooper) Berard; sons, John (Laurel) Berard, Gerald (Paula) Berard, Dan (Mary) Berard, David (Margaret) Berard; step-sons, David, James and Sean Berard and their families, including 17 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Louis was predeceased by his mother, Georgina (Rae) Berard, Aberdeen, Scotland; father, Maxim Berard, Renfrew, Ontario; brother, Douglas Berard; sisters June and Marlene of Ontario. Louis worked as a Lineman for BC Hydro and was an active member of the Knights of Columbus in Victoria. A mass will be said at Queen of Peace on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 12:10 p.m.
