Sean’s sudden passing has left a huge hole in many of our hearts. He is survived by his mother Mary Convey, his son Ben, brothers Patrick and Michael, and their families. Sean also had a large Canadian family who embraced him for his kindness, wit, humour and unfathomable recall of people, movies, music and an array of obscure details.
Life took him to many corners of the globe during his early telecommunications career, adding to his repertoire of adventurous tales. Sean drove for & eventually became General Manager of Victoria Taxi and was largely responsible for the corporate conversion to the distinctive green VicTaxi cars we see today. A multitalented, outstanding mentor and a very good friend to many, he is greatly missed.
