Montroy, Susan Joyce – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Susan (Sue) on the 8th of April 2018.
Born in Shelburne Ontario in June 1960 and passed away at the age of 57 after a brief battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her father, Kenneth Brown. She is survived by her daughter Lindsay Marie Clark, her sister Pam Sorge and mother Joyce Brown.
Sue always had a beautiful outlook on life and found wonderment and beauty in all that she saw. She faced every challenge in her life head on and wouldn’t let anyone tell her she could not do something. Her garden was something she took great care with but, nothing filled her heart with pride more than her daughter and she never missed an opportunity to let you know that.
We would like to thank all the staff at the Victoria General Hospital, the Victoria BC Cancer Clinic and everyone else that assisted in the past few months.
A small celebration of life will take place in the near future and the family requests that a donation be made in Sue’s name to either the BC Cancer Society, BC Mental Health or an animal rescue of your choice.
