My first boss when I was posted to CFB Ottawa (S) in 1980. Vince was a Petty Officer at that time. He was a great man to work with. He was biking long distances even then. One such was a trip to Newfoundland from Ottawa. I remember this gentle caring man well. And considered him my friend when we worked together in Ottawa. Rest in peace Vince... God Bless
