Now that we are back in the UK again this now gives me an oppurtunity to write… Your firm is one of the most prized when it comes to the final end of this life, more so when, as with our two families having the same problem of having two sisters dying close together. I wish to commend you on the excellent service you gave to myself and my family in the arrangements you made for my late sister. The care and attention you provided were above and beyond what we would have expected, all the more so, since we were communicating from one end of the country to the other, and never did meet face-to-face. You took care of every detail in a matter in which I personally have no experience at all, including all the required documentation and arranging the air shipment of the casket. All was done with no pressure and at a pace I was very comfortable with, and at a surprisingly reasonable cost. Should the occasion arise, I would not hesitate to recommend your services.
