My heartfelt condolences are with Lori and all of the family of Vic. He was a wonderful man, so much a part of so many people. I believe, he is flying with the eagles and is at peace now.

To the entire Skinner family, It has been such a pleasure knowing Vic and most of your family all these years, Vic will be sadly missed by all of us, but his uplifting and happy spirit will remain with us forever, as will his incredible can-do damn the torpedoes attitude! Vic has been a part of so many bits and pieces of our lives including being a neighbour and teaching our son to roof as his first real job. He also donated time to work on several Scout Hall roofs when there were critical needs. Take care folks, and Vic - we know you are watching us still and we all love you lots! Rick, Trish, Robert, Russell and Angela Wells

So sorry to hear of Vic's passing---He was a great guy and true gentleman---first met him many years ago when he installed a tile floor for me at a price much lower than I expected. I am sure he knew I didn't have much money at the time---Saw him often at darts when I accompanied my wife to her games. Vic was very well respected and will be missed by many people including myself----R.I.P. Vic----

Dear Mrs. Skinner, I was very sad to read of Vic’s passing. I remember babysitting all your children on James Island, and Vic really was a “bugger”! HaHa, I never knew where he was! Heartfelt condolences to you and all your children, hope you are well. Gail Ellerton (Roper)
