Obituaries

I have only just read of Wayne's passing. My condolences to all who loved him and enjoyed his company. He was extremely knowlegable and well read. I first knew Wayne from the Claremont days when Rob was at Uvic. We followed the Falkland's war very closely. In retirement we were lucky enough to meet up again in Sidney. We had regurlar coffees and book exchanges. We also enjoyed evening presentations at the Aviation Museum. It is sad. I shall miss him. He had so much more to offer and this is a bit of a blow. However Wayne was philosophical about aging and I hope he was not in too much pain at the end. Again ,my condolences. Colin Ruffles
